When you request a TrustGap review or Trust Sprint, we collect the contact and company details you submit, the website you want reviewed, your message, consent timestamp and a request reference.
Why we use it
We use this information only to assess your request, contact you about the service, prepare the requested work and maintain an appropriate business record. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Who can access it
Requests are stored in our protected hosting database and are available only through an owner-restricted workspace. We use service providers only as needed to operate the site and deliver the service.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry records only while they are needed for follow-up, service delivery, legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry by submitting a new request with “Privacy request” in the notes.
Important boundary
The scanner reviews public evidence. Please do not submit passwords, confidential documents, personal data about other people, or security-sensitive information through the public form.
