Scope
TrustGap reviews the public availability and buyer accessibility of trust evidence. It is not a security audit, penetration test, certification, legal opinion or assurance that a control exists or is absent.
Evidence language
“Not located” means evidence was not found in the reviewed public sources. Positive assertions must cite their source. Uncertain findings require human review. Regulatory relevance is expressed as applicable, potentially applicable or not established.
Requests and engagement
A form submission is an enquiry, not acceptance of an engagement. Scope, timing, confidentiality, payment and deliverables for a €990 Trust Sprint are confirmed directly before work begins. VAT may apply.
Acceptable use
Submit only websites you are permitted to have reviewed. Do not submit secrets, credentials, confidential documents, unlawful content or personal data that is not necessary for the enquiry.
Limitations
Public sources can change and automated discovery can miss material. Findings are provisional until human validation and should not be the sole basis for security, compliance, procurement or legal decisions.
